Michael Ferraro – President
Michael Ferraro has served as President of Mortgage Markets CUSO, LLC since 2018, leading the organization’s growth and expansion while building strong partnerships with credit unions and delivering innovative mortgage solutions to their members.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across the credit union, banking, mortgage and consumer lending industries, Michael has built his career around growing businesses, developing high-performing teams and creating lending strategies that drive production while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Prior to leading Mortgage Markets CUSO, Michael held executive and senior leadership positions with American Eagle Financial Credit Union, where he served as Vice President of Consumer Lending; the Credit Union Association of New York, where he served as a Senior Management Consultant; and CU Direct Corporation, where he directed credit union sales throughout the Northeast.
Throughout his career, Michael has remained deeply connected to the credit union movement and its mission. At Mortgage Markets CUSO, his focus is on helping credit unions grow their mortgage business, strengthen member relationships and compete in an increasingly complex lending environment through innovative technology, personalized service and a commitment to making the mortgage experience simple and seamless for credit unions and their members.
Michael is also a frequent industry speaker and has presented at national conferences and industry events on lending, sales, growth and the evolving credit union marketplace. He has also appeared on Connecticut radio to educate consumers on credit, lending and personal finance.
